Some features of the VoltGuru mobile app may require account login using Firebase Authentication, including email login or phone OTP verification.

• You are responsible for maintaining access to your login method and device.
• We may suspend, limit, or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, technical maintenance, legal compliance, or policy enforcement.

All training content, articles, guides, images, quizzes, calculators, and materials published on VoltGuru are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

• You may read, share, and reference VoltGuru content for personal learning.
• You may not copy, republish, sell, or redistribute content without written permission from VoltGuru.
• All original content on VoltGuru is the intellectual property of Mohammad Arif / VoltGuru.
• Screenshots, images, diagrams, and app content may not be reused for commercial purposes without permission.

The VoltGuru mobile app may store and sync certain user-related records to provide core app functionality.

• Quiz progress, bookmarks, wrong answers, calculator history, and Site Manager records may be stored and synced.
• Notification preferences, device-related settings, and app activity may be used to improve continuity across supported devices.
• Features may rely on third-party services such as Firebase Firestore, Expo Push Notifications, and Expo Updates.

VoltGuru provides electrical training content based on professional field experience and practical knowledge. Please note:

• Training content is provided free of charge and may be funded through advertising.
• Content is designed to supplement practical knowledge, not replace formal certification, licensing, or official training requirements.
• Electrical standards and practices may vary by country, region, employer, and project.
• Users should always follow local laws, electrical codes, workplace safety procedures, and qualified supervision requirements.

When using VoltGuru, you agree not to:

• Use the website or mobile app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Copy, scrape, systematically download, reverse engineer, or redistribute content or app data for commercial use.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, feature, server, database, or system connected to VoltGuru.
• Submit false, misleading, abusive, or harmful information through support or contact channels.
• Use VoltGuru branding, identity, or content to imply false affiliation, endorsement, or partnership.

VoltGuru may display advertisements through Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob within the mobile app to help keep content and tools free.

• Third-party advertisements may appear throughout the website and mobile app.
• VoltGuru is not responsible for the content, offers, or accuracy of third-party advertisements.
• Any transaction, interaction, or reliance on a third-party advertisement is between you and the advertiser.
• Advertising services may use cookies, advertising IDs, device identifiers, and related technologies as described in our Privacy Policy.

The mobile app may use push notifications, background services, and update delivery systems to provide content updates, app improvements, reminders, and technical maintenance.

• Notifications may include new quizzes, articles, app updates, tips, and important announcements.
• The app may use services such as Firebase, Expo Push Notifications, and Expo Updates to support these features.
• You can disable notifications from your device settings, but some app communication features may then be limited.

VoltGuru may contain links to external websites, app stores, social media platforms, and third-party resources. VoltGuru is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party services.

Users may request deletion of their VoltGuru app account and associated data by contacting contact@voltguru.in or WhatsApp +917039230644.

• We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable time.
• Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
• Account deletion may remove access to synced records and related app features.

Your use of the VoltGuru website and mobile app is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, shared, and deleted.

VoltGuru and Mohammad Arif shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website, mobile app, or related content.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or outdated information in training content or tools.
• Any loss, injury, damage, or decision resulting from the application of knowledge gained through VoltGuru.
• Any interruption, sync issue, delay, advertisement issue, or technical failure caused by devices, platforms, networks, or third-party services.
