Motor Starting Current — Kya Hota Hai?

Bhai, Gulf ki kisi bhi industrial site pe — Sidra Hospital ho, Qatar University ho ya koi bhi manufacturing plant — motor starting current ka concept samajhna zaroori hai. Galat calculation mein MCB trip hoga, cable overheat hogi aur supervisor ke samne muh nahi dikhega.

FLC woh current hai jo motor continuously rated load pe leta hai. Yahi saari calculations ki base hai. Formula mein efficiency η zaroor daalo — warna current underestimate ho jaati hai.

FLC = (kW × 1000) ÷ (√3 × V × PF × η)

DOL — Direct On Line

Seedha full voltage. Starting current FLC ka 6–8 guna hoti hai. 5 kW se chhote motors ke liye theek hai. Gulf mein KAHRAMAA/DEWA bade motors pe DOL ban karta hai.
