Sabse Pehle Motor Nameplate Check Karo
Star-delta panel banane se pehle motor ke terminal box aur nameplate ko check karna zaroori hai. Motor me 6 terminals hone chahiye: U1, V1, W1, U2, V2, W2.
Agar motor nameplate par 415V Delta / 690V Star likha hai, to 415V supply par star-delta starter use ho sakta hai. Agar motor sirf 415V Star type hai, to star-delta mat lagao.
Power Circuit Ka Flow
R/Y/B Supply → 32A 3P MCB/MCCB → Main Contactor KM1 → Overload Relay → Motor U1/V1/W1
